ABOUT MERT HAKAN YANDAş

Professional central midfielder that was first signed by the Yeşil Bursa Football Club as a teenager in 2012. He later joined the Turkish Süper Lig squad Fenerbahçe S.K. in August 2020. He has also played for the Turkish men's national team during his professional career. His soccer fame has led him to garner more than 950,000 followers on Instagram.

He initially began his youth soccer career with Bursa Güven in 2006. He then joined Yeşil Bursa's youth club in 2011.

He made his official international debut while playing against Team Hungary on September 3, 2020. He entered the game as a substitute in the 58th minute of a 1-0 Turkey loss.

He is a native of the Osmangazi, Turkey area. He now lives along with his children in Istanbul.

He played alongside Altay Bayındır as a member of Fenerbahçe during the 2022-23 club season.
