Meto Jovanovski
ABOUT METO JOVANOVSKI
Macedonian novelist, short fiction writer, and children's book author who wrote the 1992 short story collection Faceless Men. He also published Budaletinki (Simpletons) and seven other novels.
He worked as a schoolteacher before publishing his first collection of short stories in 1956.
He acted in a four-part Macedonian film titled Ilinden.
His family lived in the Macedonian village of Brajcino at the time of his birth.
Like fellow Macedonian author Simeon Simev , Jovanovski was born in the first half of the Twentieth Century.
