ABOUT MICHAEL BRANDT
Perhaps most well known for his screenwriting work on the films 2 Fast 2 Furious, 3:10 to Yuma, and Wanted, he is also known for his writing contributions to the television shows Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.
He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Baylor University in Texas.
An occasional director as well as a screenwriter, he took on both roles in the making of the 2011 Martin Sheen , Richard Gere , and Topher Grace film The Double.
He spent his early days in Madison, Wisconsin, and the bulk of his childhood in Overland Park, Kansas.
He collaborated with Derek Haas on numerous screenwriting projects.
