ABOUT MICHAEL KIDD
Film and stage choreographer, most remembered for working with a variety of celebrities -- like Madonna -- throughout his career.
After securing a scholarship, he was able to attend the prestigious School of American Ballet in New York.
In 1981, he was inducted into the American Theatre Hall of Fame.
He was married to second wife, Shelah Hackett, until his death in 2007.
He and accomplished dancer Fernando Bujones both studied at the School of American Ballet in New York.
