American television writer known for his work on The Jeffersons and Diff'rent Strokes. He had his biggest success with the sitcom Married...with Children on which he served as producer and writer.
He began his career as a staff writer for the show Good Times and went on to work on The Jeffersons from 1979 to 1984.
He wrote 25 episodes of Married...with Children, more than any other writer on the show.
He married Rose Jackson in 1996, and they had one child together.
Ed O'Neill starred in his show Married With Children.
