Serial killer known for being responsible for the murders of nearly nine people in Alaska from April to May of 1984.
His first run-in with law enforcement came in 1975 after he was caught shoplifting from a sporting goods store.
While serving in the United States Army, he was ranked as an expert marksman with the M16 rifle and grenade launcher while still in basic training.
He grew up living with his family in Cook County, Illinois.
He was connected to the murders of over five different people just like John Allen Muhammad .
