Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist better known by his stage name name mk.gee. He has over 300,000 followers on his Instagram account mk.gee. His musical style is generally considered to be indie and alternative, and he has released over a dozen singles. Besides his own solo work, he has also helped produce for other artists, including Omar Apollo , Charlotte Day Wilson , and The Kid Laroi .
His interest in music began at an early age when he started taking piano lessons at the age of 6, and by 11 he began to play guitar. He moved to Los Angeles to study at the USC Thornton School of Music, but dropped out before graduating.
On April 11, he performed "Are You Looking Up" on the late-night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!
His parents are Maureen and Todd Gordon.
He has collaborated as a songwriter and producer with various artists, including Dijon Duenas .
