He is a certified therapy dog, model, and content creator with over 110,000 followers on his Instagram account milkshakethepug. He has been published in People and OK Magazine. He has modeled for Breitling, Hugo Boss, and Diesel. He was the face of London Dog Week 2021. He lost his eye in October 2023.

Milkshake was adopted when he was eight weeks old. His owner picked him out of the litter because of his blue eyes and pink nose.

Milkshake is owned by Maria de Dozsa. She has a website where fans can buy a variety of merchandise.

His owner adopted another pink pug named Cookie, and they have had multiple litters. One of his more famous children is Potato.

His owner has used music by the musician Doechii in her videos of him before.
