ABOUT MIRA SETHI

Pakistani model and actress who is known for her appearances on a range of different television series' on the Hum TV and Geo TV Networks. She is most recognized for her role in the 2013 drama series Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai where she played the recurring character of Rabia.

She attended Wellesley College where she graduated in 2010 and also attended the University of Oxford during her junior year where she studied English and South Asian studies. After working as an editor at The Wall Street Journal, she returned to Pakistan in 2011 to pursue her career as an actress. Her debut role came in 2013 when she starred as Natasha in the Silvatein series.

In addition to acting, she is also a writer and journalist who has written a collection of short stories that was published through Knopf and Bloomsbury in 2018.

She was born and raised in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Her parents  Najam Sethi and Jugnu Mohsin were both journalists.

She starred alongside Bushra Ansari and Mansha Pasha in the 2016 drama series Jhoot.
