ABOUT MISHECK LUNGU

Professional soccer player most widely revered for his senior and international career, which spanned over 15 years. He has played for teams such as Pápai Football Club, Kecskeméti Testedző Egyesület, Budapest Honvéd, and the Zambian Army-sponsored Green Buffaloes Football Club, as well as the Zambian national squad in international matches such as the 2002 and 2006 African Nations Cup.

He launched his Nkana Football Club career in 1999, playing for the Lusaka City Council Football Club. In 2002, he signed to play for the Nchanga Rangers.

His numerous trophies won with Nkana Football Club include the 2006 Zambian Premier League title and the 2007 Zambian Cup. He stands at 5 feet 10 inches tall.

He married Judy Mumba in 2008. He has 3 children from a previous marriage.

Fashion Sakala and Enock Mwepu are also renowned Zambian soccer players.
