ABOUT MOIN KHAN

Former professional Pakistani national team cricketer who is known as a prolific wicketkeeper/batsman. He was appointed as the head coach of the national team in February 2014 after having played for the team over 14 years.

He made his Pakistani national cricket team debut In November 1990 in a series against the West Indies. His first World Cup keeping wickets was at the 1992 event.

He surpassed the century for the 4th and final time in his career against New Zealand in 2004. In 2016, he was appointed as the head coach of the Quetta Gladiators of the Pakistani Super League.

He was born and raised in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

He competed against the English cricketer Ian Botham during the 1992 Cricket World Cup.
