ABOUT MOISéS GóMEZ

Power hitting outfielder that was first signed by the Tampa Bay Rays as an international free agent in 2014. He was later acquired by the St. Louis Cardinals in November 2021.

He initially began his professional career playing for the Venezuelan Summer League Rays. After 47 games, he was promoted to the GCL Rays rookie affiliate team.

He led the entire minor league in home runs with 39 during the 2022 regular season. He also recorded 25 doubles and 94 RBIs.

He is a native of the Caracas, Venezuela area.
