Her first YouTube video was uploaded on March 17, 2014, and was a montage of her as a puppy, titled "柴犬もも 雨の日はお家で (Dog mischief)".
On September 26, 2016, she posted the video "猫が好きすぎて離したくない柴犬 dog and cat are best friend". It became one of their most popular videos, with over 5.5 million views.
Her adopted cat sibling is Ten the Cat .
Maru the Shiba is also a Japanese Shiba Inu with a large social media following.
