She started off cartwheeling as a kid and so her parents enrolled her in gymnastics.

She appeared on season three of the Netflix show The Ultimate Beastmaster. One of her most popular Instagram posts is a behind-the-scenes video of a photo shoot. It has earned over 60,000 likes.

She is from Brisbane, Australia. She and Steve Cook are married. They welcomed their first child together in July 2024.
