Defender who began his senior career with his hometown club FF Lillehammer in 2008. He has gone on to compete for Norwegian clubs like Mjøndalen, Odds BK and Sarpsborg 08 FF.

He grew up in Lillehammer, Norway and began his youth career in Roterud.

He has made frequent appearances on he popular Norwegian YouTube channel Funkygine.

He has dated fitness instructor Jørgine Massa Vasstrand . The pair's first child was born in 2018.

He and Hana Opsahl are both from Lillehammer, Norway.
