YouTube vlogger with over 1.5 million viewers drawn into the controversial Male Self Improvement Podcast. He believes they bring truth to females, fitness, and finances that instead focus on anti-feminist and anti-social justice misinformation. In posts such as the June 2022 video "THE TRUTH ABOUT DATING IN 2022," he details abject views towards race, women, and power structures while using the platform to promote men feeling more confident in their own bodies and space.

Born Amrou Fudl, he is professionally known as Myron Gaines. He attended Northeastern University before going on to serve as a Department of Homeland Security special agent. He pivoted to fitness, entrepreneurial endeavors, and as a presenter known for sharing divisive gnomes such as: I think a woman having an Instagram is 100% cheating.

He and his partner run another Instagram account under The Fresh and Fit Podcast name called freshfitpodcastgirls where they display the physicality of the young women they offer the opportunity of notoriety to. They also post life updates and promote their merch.

With very few posts to his own personal accounts, it doesn't appear he has many attachments outside of his fraternal group of fitness professionals.
