ABOUT NACIO HERB BROWN
Best known for composing the songs Paradise and Singin' in the Rain. He was an important figure in 1920s through 1950s music.
He started his own tailoring business after college.
He was posthumously inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1970.
He married Anita Page in 1934, but the marriage was dissolved a year later.
He frequently collaborated with Arthur Freed .
