ABOUT NANA ATTAKORA

Canadian defender who began his MLS career with Toronto FC in 2007. After five years with the team, he played for the San JOse Earthquakes then joined DC United in 2014.

He played for Canada's U17 team from 2004 to 2006.

He was named Canadian U-20 Player of the Year in 2008 and 2009.

He was born to Agnes and Kwame Attakora.

He and Landon Donovan both played for the San Jose Earthquakes.
