ABOUT NATALIE ACHONWA

Notre Dame Fighting Irish collegiate player who helped lead the Irish to 3 National Championship appearances in 4 years. She competed in the 2012 Olympics as part of the Canadian national team.

She played high school ball at St. Mary's Catholic Secondary School.

Her accolades at the collegiate level include Big East All-Freshman Team honors and honorable mention for the AP All-America Team.

She was born in Guelph, Ontario.

She and the rest of the Fighting Irish fell to Geno Auriemma 's UCONN Huskies in the 2014 Championship game.
