ABOUT NATHAN LUKES

Professional outfielder that was originally selected by the Cleveland Guardians during the seventh round of the 2015 Major League Draft. He was later acquired by the Toronto Blue Jays in November 2021. He has also played in the Tampa Bay Rays farm system during his professional career.

Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at California State University, Sacramento . During his junior season, he was named to the first-team All-Western Athletic Conference.

He finished his college career with the most hits in Sacramento State's program history. He collected 244 hits in only three seasons.

Although he was born in Portland, Oregon he grew up living with his family in Antelope, California. He is one of two siblings.

He was once packaged in a trade that also included Brandon Guyer .
