Rugby union back rower who joined the Wales national team in 2004.
Growing up, he first showed an interest in soccer but during his mid-teen years, he began focusing exclusively on rugby.
He began his professional career with Tondu in 1996.
He was born and raised in Neath, Wales.
He played alongside Shane Williams on the Wales national team.
