ABOUT NAVEEN CHANDRA
Indian actor known for his work in Telugu and Tamil cinema and in the films Month of Madhu, Andala Rakshasi, Evaru, Inspector Rishi, Eleven, Tripura, and Nenu Local.
He pursued a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and initially worked as a multimedia animator before transitioning into acting. He made his acting debut in the Telugu film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge in 2005, where he was credited as Anji. He then appeared in Kalyanam in 2006.
He won the Best Actor award at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival in 2024 for his performance in the film Month of Madhu. He spent two weeks living incognito as a laborer in a friend's construction company to authentically portray the life of a blue-collar worker for the film Sivappu.
He was born and raised in Bellary, Karnataka, India. He grew up in a Tamil family. He has a son.
