ABOUT NEIL CLEMENT

Former center-back and defender that played soccer professionally in England for 15 years. He signed his first professional club contract with Chelsea FC as a teenager in 1995. He played on more than 5 teams throughout his senior career.

He first discovered his passion for soccer as a young boy playing in grade school. He was eventually given an opportunity to play for the Chelsea FC youth squad.

He made his professional club debut with Chelsea while playing against West Ham United F.C. on December 21, 1996. He played in exactly 293 matches during his professional career.

He grew up living with his parents and his siblings in the Reading, England area. He now lives along with his wife, Rebecca, and their two children.

He played the position of center-back during his professional club career just like David Luiz .
