ABOUT NICHO HYNES
Australian pro rugby player who plays halfback for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the NRL. He has also previously played for the Melbourne Storm when the team went on to win the 2020 NRL Grand Final.
Before his career in the NRL, he worked as a teacher aide from 2017 to 2018.
In 2022 he was awarded the Dally M Medal for his exceptional season with the Sharks. He is of Scottish and Indigenous Australian Wiradjuri descent.
He was born in Gosford, New South Wales.
He and Billy Slater were both former players in the Melbourne Storm.
