Content creator and online fitness coach known for health and workout posts. He said he helped people look lean and feel great. He earned more than 240,000 followers on his falkefit Instagram account.

He went to high school at Saint Xavier and attended college at Miami University where he got a degree in kinesiology with a minor in entrepreneurship. He joined Instagram in June 2016.

In October 2024, he said incline bench curls had become his favorite bicep curls variations. He also recommended reverse crunches on a decline bench.

He and his girlfriend Val launched a YouTube travel channel titled Nick and Val.
