Nick Neidert
ABOUT NICK NEIDERT
Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Seattle Mariners during the second round of the 2015 MLB Draft. He was later acquired by the Miami Marlins via trade in December 2017. He became a free agent in November of 2022.
He was drafted out of Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Georgia. He originally committed to play college baseball at the University of South Carolina .
He made his official major league debut pitching against the Philadelphia Phillies on July 25, 2020 as a member of the Marlins. He pitched 2.1 innings in relief.
He grew up living in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He married his wife Mckay in January of 2022.
He played against Bryce Harper during his MLB debut.
