ABOUT NICK PAPPAS

Double board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery. He is popularly known by over 240,000 followers on his nickpappasmd Instagram account, where he shares educational and humorous content relating to orthopedic surgery. He is the founder of Elevated Health Solutions as well as his practice, NOLA Hand Surgery in Me tairie, LA.

He earned his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Princeton University , where he also competed on the baseball team. He later went on to obtain his Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2006.

After earning his degrees, he obtained further training with an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Pennsylvania and a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

He and his wife Regina, who is a dentist, have a son together.
