Nick Ritchie

ABOUT NICK RITCHIE

Professional left winger that was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks during the first round of the 2014 NHL Draft. He was acquired by the Toronto Maple Leafs via contract on July 31, 2021.

Prior to being drafted, he played with the Canadian national U-18 ice hockey team. While playing with them, he won a gold medal at both the 2012 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament and the 2013 IIHF World U18 Championships.

He played his 300th career NHL game on January 26, 2021 against the Pittsburgh Penguins .

His brother Brett Ritchie is also a professional hockey player.

He has played against Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin during his NHL career.
