Nick Simper
ABOUT NICK SIMPER
English bass guitarist who is the founding member of Deep Purple and Warhorse. His band Deep Purple was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
He played in various bands including The Renegades and Some Other Guys in the 1960s.
He participated in the Johnny Kidd 10th Anniversary Memorial Show in Brixton in 1976.
His family comes from Norwood Green, Southall, Middlesex, England. He and his wife Janet have three daughters and a son together.
He worked with Marsha Hunt for a brief time.
