Italian ballet dancer who is recognized for having been the prima ballerina of the La Scala Theatre Ballet. She has performed in a number of high profile productions including Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Rubies, and more.
She began dancing at a very young age and enrolled in the La Scala Theatre Ballet School at age 12.
She was a member of the Berlin State Ballet.
She was born in Italy.
She portrayed Odette in Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky 's classic Swan Lake.
