Singer, dancer, and social media star who goes by the nickname million dollar Barbie. She rose to fame after having spent over $1 million dollars to look like a real-life Barbie doll. She appeared in the documentary called Trantasia in 2006. She has generated a following of 1.4 million on her Instagram account nikkiexotika.

She was born Jason Torres. She had her gender reassignment surgery at 19 years old. Her first job was as a go-go dancer in NYC.

She was a dancer on MTV's show Global Groove. She released her first single "Secret Girl" in 2009.

She is from Hoboken, New Jersey. She is engaged to Justin Moldova.
