ABOUT NOUR EL-SHERIF
Egyptian movie actor who appeared in over 50 films over the course of his career. These include My Wife and the Dog, Pleasure and Suffering, Ota ala nar, and Hello, I'm the Cat.
He debuted in the 1967 film, Kasr El Shawk.
He starred in 2006's, The Yacoubian Building, one of the most commercially successful Egyptian films of its time.
He was married to Egyptian actress Poussi from 1972 to 2006. He had two daughters named Mai Nour El-Sherif and Sarah El-Sherif.
Both he and actor Omar Sharif were born in Egypt.
