ABOUT OCTAVIO PIZANO
Actor most well known for his portrayals of Joe Velasco on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Julius on the television series If Loving You Is Wrong. He also starred as Hector Estrella in the 2016 film Love Kills.
Though he originally enrolled at the University of San Francisco to earn a degree in business, after performing at a spoken word show he eventually resolved to pursue a career in acting.
In 2013, he made his silver screen debut in the film El Quetzal de Jade.
He is of Italian and Spanish descent. At the age of seventeen, his parents sent him to Vancouver to escape violence in Mexico and to complete his studies.
In the show If Loving You Is Wrong, he starred alongside Joel Rush and Amanda Clayton .
