Right-handed relief pitcher that was originally drafted by the Washington Nationals as a 12th rounder in 2019. Nearly five years later, he was named one of the Nationals top 100 MLB prospects. He primarily works as a late-game reliever.

He previously played baseball at Miami Dade Community College. Shortly after being drafted, he then began his minor league baseball career with the GCL Nationals.

He made his official major league debut while pitching against the Baltimore Orioles on August 13, 2024. He allowed one earned run while also striking out one batter as well.

Although he was born in Cuba, he grew up living with his family in Miami, Florida.

He recorded his first MLB strikeout while facing Ramón Urías .
