Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Cleveland Indians during the tenth round of the 2006 MLB Draft. He was signed by the Washington Nationals in November 2020.

He began his professional career playing for the Indians' single-A affiliate team the Lake County Captains.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Chicago Cubs on May 19, 2017 as a member of the Milwaukee Brewers .

He is a native of Panama City, Panama.
