He started his professional bodybuilding career in 1991. The first Mr. Olympia he competed in was in 1993, where he came in 6th place.

Even though he is able to maintain a large physique, the reason he was never that successful in competitions was because of his posing routines. Even though he is retired now, he started his own fitness competition in 2007 called the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion Competition.

He was born in Montreal to a mother who is Jamaican and a French father. He is married to Allison and they have two children together.

The Arnold Classic is a bodybuilding competition that was started by Arnold Schwarzenegger . He has competed in this event over the years many times, and his best placement was 3rd in 1993.
