ABOUT PAUL MURDAUGH

Murdered by his father, Alex Murdaugh on June 7, 2021. His father also murdered his mother, Maggie Murdaugh. In 2023, Netflix released a documentary about their murders called Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal .

He studied at the University of South Carolina .

In April 2019, he was arrested and indicted on charges of one count of boating under the influence causing death and two counts of significant bodily injury. He was murdered after his father's legal career fell apart.

His older brother is Buster Murdaugh.

His story was dramatized in the Lifetime movie Murdaugh Murders: The Movie, where Bill Pullman portrayed his father.
