Professional bodybuilder who is known for being the founder, president, and trainer of Fighter Diet, a fitness program that creates plans and goals to help keep people in shape. She is also known for her lifestyle posts to Instagram along with other fitness related content that she shares with her over 120,000  followers.

Beginning her career as a personal trainer, she gained recognition after appearing on the Nordic version of The Biggest Loser . After moving to California, she began to focus on Fighter Diet.

She is also a certified nutritionist by the CISSN. She is also known for starting The Girls Are Back, a popular muscle magazine.

She was born and raised in Sweden, but later moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career in fitness.

She posted a picture with fellow professional bodybuilder Mike O'Hearn to her Instagram in March of 2014.
