ABOUT PERANEE KONGTHAI
Actress and model also known as "Matt Peranee" who has starred in films such as Soot Ruk Sab E Lee and Channel 3 television series including Wan Jai Gub Nai Jom Ying, Kularb Rai Glai Ruk, Paen Rai Must Ruk, Muen Kon La Faak Fah, and Likit Ruk Karm Duang Dao. She has also appeared in television commercials for brands such as Sony, Vaseline, Eucerin White, and Bear Brand.
She made her professional acting debut in 2006. Her debut performance was in the role of Chomjai for the television series Ruen Naree See Chompoo. She earned her first leading role the following year, as Prarng in the television series Manee Din.
In 2015, she won 2 Entertainment Awards (Best Actress and Most Popular Actress in a Lakorn) for her performance in The Day of the Day. The following year, she won a Ganesha Outstanding Actress Award and a Siam Dara Best Actress Award for her performance in Fai Lang Fai. She was also named Rising Actress of the Year at the 2016 Kazz Awards.
She is the daughter of mother Phatchanee Kongthai.
She co-starred with Pakorn Chatborirak in the television series Fai Lang Fai, in which she portrayed the role of Leela. She has also worked with well-known actors and actresses including James Ma , Nadech Kugimiya , and Chakrit Yamnam .
