ABOUT PERCY CRAWFORD
The first documented televangelist who founded the religious program Youth on the March in 1949.
He dropped out of school to help support his family after his father left his mother alone with three children to raise.
He founded King's College, a Christian liberal arts college in 1936 and in 1953 he and his team made an 18-week world tour that included three weeks in Korea preaching to American servicemen.
He married his wife Ruth Duvall in 1933.
He was an early televangelist like Herbert Armstrong .
