ABOUT PETER DUESBERG

Molecular and cell biologist who taught at the University of Berkeley. He is best known as one of the first scientist to dismiss the widely accepted notion that HIV caused AIDS.

He attended the University of Frankfurt.

He was featured in a controversial article in Cancer Research titled "Retroviruses as Carcinogens and Pathogens: Expectations and Reality."

He grew up in Germany during WWII, and his family life was supplemented with events for the Hitler Youth.
