Peter Salisbury
ABOUT PETER SALISBURY
English drummer known for his work with rock band The Verve. He and his bandmates saw commercial success with the release of their 1997 single "Bitter Sweet Symphony." Outside of his work with The Verve, he has played with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and The Charlatans.
He co-founded The Verve in 1990.
He and his bandmates in The Verve were interviewed in a 2007 issue of NME. He opened his own drum shop in Stockport, England.
He and his wife, Pam, have three sons.
He and Richard Ashcroft were bandmates in The Verve.
