ABOUT PHILIP JOHN BOELTER
Artist and designer who owns Boelter Design Co., and is known on Instagram for artwork often depicting flowers and nature. On his self-titled TikTok and YouTube accounts, he posts videos of himself painting so that viewers can watch the process of his works.
