ABOUT PUBUDU CHATHURANGA
Sri Lankan actor, entertainer, artist, performer, writer, screenwriter, and television presenter known for his work in the films Sara, Butterfly Symphony, Challenges, Maya 3D, Girivassipura, and his role in the series Ran Samanalayo.
He attended Richmond College. He discovered a passion for entertainment and the arts and began screenwriting and training in acting during his college years.
His first onscreen role was in the film Hiripoda Wassa in 2006. He is also known by the nickname "Impupuu," which he uses on social media platforms. He won Best Actor in a Comedy Role for his work in Maya 3D at the 19th Presidential Awards in 2016.
He was born Eththiligoda Vidana Gamage Pubudu Chathuranga. He was born and raised in Galle, Sri Lanka. He has a sister. He married Mashi Siriwardene in 2018.
He starred in Maya 3D alongside Ranjan Ramanayake in 2016.
