R&B singer and record producer signed with Columbia Records. In 2019, he released his self-produced debut project Forest Green and has since released 2 EPs, including The Shave Project and Not Alone. In April 2023, he boasted over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify and has since amassed 90,000 followers on his qmarsden Instagram account.
He grew up in an extremely musical family and has made music since he was a child. He sang in his church's choir and spent a lot of time at his father's music studio.
He was named by the Complex Network's Pigeons & Planes as one of the Best New Artists of the Month in August 2019. His song "Take Me Where Your Heart Is" has accumulated over 90 million streams on Spotify.
His father is dancehall reggae musician and producer Steven Marsden.
He has named Michael Jackson and Earth, Wind & Fire as some of his musical inspirations.
