ABOUT QI ZHAN
Freelance illustrator and artist who is known for her character design work as well as her floral based water colors and digital illustrations. She shares her nature-focused works through Instagram for her over 120,000 followers.
She first earned her degree in dyeing and weaving from the Tianjing Academy of Fine Arts in China. She then started sharing her drawings to Instagram in July of 2014. She then studied Independent Illustration in Toronto, Canada and started working as a part time art teacher.
She received the 2017 Applied Arts Student Award from Applied Arts Magazine. She also won the Best in Show award at the Independent Illustration Grade Show awards at Seneca College.
She was born and raised in China.
