Yoga instructor who rose to prominence on Instagram and YouTube as a meditation, yin, and therapeutics instructor, as well as a journaling facilitator.
She began yoga as a teenager in 2001 using a Rodney Yee DVD she discovered in a CD store on Long Island, New York.
She has her Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University.
She was born and raised in Long Island, New York. She and her husband, John Do, are expecting their first child together in July 2022. She gave birth to a baby girl named Grace in August 2022.
