Known for her self-titled channel, she is a YouTuber who publishes makeup tutorials, Q&A videos and vlogs for more than 550,000 subscribers. She has also posted a number of selfies and makeup looks for her over 160,000 followers on her rachelcantu Instagram page.

She introduced herself on YouTube in a "Welcome to my channel" video in September of 2015.

She wore a back brace to help treat her scoliosis. She has also worked as a tattoo artist and has posted her tattoos on her secondary rachelcantattoo Instagram page.
