She first began her blog in August 2011 and was able to go full-time two and a half years later.

She has created her own Etsy shop called The Crafted Life, where she sells some of her favorite crafts.

She has lived in Philadelphia, which is also were The Crafted Life is based out of.

Her work has been featured in Martha Stewart Living magazine.
