She earned a degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 1996. After college, she worked for five years as a producer for Bloomberg Television.

She has worked as a VIP hostess at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Her father is Robert N. Uchitel. She has a daughter named Wyatt Lilly. In March 2025, she was engaged to Dan Donovan.

Dr. Drew Pinsky reportedly approached her personally to ask her to appear on his show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
